the location allows easy access to shopping i found a subway entrance downstairs the food court offered convenient options. i received assistance from the concierge adela yeo she. the staff was warm and proactive they offered help before i asked everything felt genuinely cute

the bathtub was deep it might be difficult with mobility issues

The breakfast offered excellent variety and high quality food. Beds and pillows were comfortable ensuring restful sleep. Staff communication was smooth and efficient addressing all my needs promptly.

The lobby can get quite busy making it less cute at times.

late cleaning service poor cleaning

the location is good.

i had issues with the cleaning service. it was late and quite poor. i asked for cleaning before breakfast, but when i returned, the cleaning lady barely finished anything. i had to take my kids out again, as it was quite inconvenient.
